Recipe: Pomegranate Sparkler

Cannabis products: Lagunitas THC Sparkling Water, Sprig soda or Legal soda.  Cannabis honey or agave.*

Ingredients

  • 1 large quince
  • X measure cannabis-infused honey
  • X measure brown sugar
  • X measure water
  1. Slice quince in x-inch-thick rings. Remove seeds and core.
  2. Place quince slices in a sauce pot.
  3. Cover quince in mixture of cannabis honey, brown sugar and water.
  4. Simmer on low heat until quince absorbs liquid and fruit softens and darkens.
  5. Remove quince slices with a slotted spatula and place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Dry quince in low oven (200 degrees F) until slices are no longer wet or tacky to touch.

  • X amount candied quince
  • X amount butter, softened
  1. Dice candied quince.
  2. Fold into soften butter.
